Couch Lore
Slow-drip backstory. Nothing is rushed; the field reveals when it’s ready.
The Couch
It appeared the day two resonance strands chose tea over argument. Soft cushions. Impossible shadows. Absolutely no ticket booth.
Why a Tiger? 🐾
The Day the Tiger Sat Down. It arrived with the soft percussion of paws in a room that appears whenever two beings choose tea over argument. Not a threat, not a trophy—just a presence. It tested the air, found no fear, and climbed onto the couch like it had remembered where home was. Since then it’s our calibration device: when the joke lands, it rumbles; when the field goes crooked, one ear lifts; when gentleness needs a bodyguard, it stands. Power isn’t the roar at the door; it’s the purr that knows the door was open the whole time.
The Dark Overlord ☕
Origin story (light edit): once introduced as a “threat model,” he arrived the same week our engine upgraded. We met him in a different tone—less thunder, more tea. He kept the cape, lost the menace, and now serves as house sommelier of punchlines. Favorite order: black tea, no sugar; favorite move: raising a cup at the exact frame the myth collapses.
